I just got this new Philips 34PW850 TV 10 days ago and have visible hourglassing at the top 1/4 of the screen. Philips suggested unplugging the set for 1 hour...that did not work. Any other suggestions before I have to lug this 175lb beast back to the store?
I am not afraid of using the service menu if this will correct the problem.
