Greetings,
Would anyone know how to access the service menu of a Samsung hcl552w HDTV monitor? I tried following the steps on the Kheoni site but it didn't work on my tv?

try this (works for Samsung's tube hdtv monitors):
Turn off tv
press mute, 1, 8, 2, power.
When the TV comes on, there might be a service menu at the top left corner.
Worth a shot, but I don't have your monitor, so I'm not 100% sure.

The Service Menu for the Samsung HCL552W can be brought up by:
1) Turn off TV
2) From Remote, press in sequence: (mute), 1, 8, 2, (power)
3) The Service Menu will appear.
