In the past couple of months I've noticed the right channel dropping out and leaving a hissing sound. It seems to occurr only when playing analog sources, whether they be OTA or any of the analog audio inputs on the set (front or back). It's showing up through the optical output as well the built-in speakers. Digital sources (Directv and/or OTA) do not show this problem at all).
I can get it to work for a couple of seconds after switching back and forth between digital and analog sources, or by playing with the audio processor settings and leaving it on SRS, you can hear it keep popping in and out, but when putting it back to regular stereo or mono there's just the audio momentarily, then a popping sound and then the hiss is all that's left of the right channel...
I'm guessing it might be something similar to twitch's P61310 audio problem, only in that case it sounds like both channels were affected.
Just wondering if anyone else has had any similar experience with these type of audio problems, and how they might be resolved without too much expense.
