does anyone know how to remove the speaker grill from a 57hx83 model?.. i am not sure if it just snaps on or not?.. my dog keeps rubbing against it and now it is all furry!!!
The grill on my Hitachi just snaps, but you should wait for a response from a Toshiba owner. Can't you just vacuum with a "furniture brush"? Snapping the grill on and off a lot can wear out the snaps and it gets loose.
I know what you mean though, we had cats for 18 wonderful years, but can't say I miss the cat hair.

Easily pops off, pull on the top corners.

yeah i can vaccum it but its going to wear out after a while so i can get a roll of mesh fabric to replace it when it gets ugly also.

maybe you can use one of those sticky rollers that get pet hair/lint off of clothing. those seem to work well, and i dont see why it wouldnt work for your speak grill fabric.

good idea, im going to walmart now.. bye
Make you're own sticky roller. Take a piece of masking tape about 10" long, stick one end to the other end to make a loop with the sticky side out. Loop it over your fingers and run your hand over the item to be cleaned - back and forth.

Hi!
Been there, done that. The thing is hooked in with plastic claws(?!), just give it a good yank and ignore the sound. Wish they'd used nyloc like some of the others.
