Just got one of these today from Cable, they didn't give me a manual, does anyone know how to get into the menu?

Try the manufacturer's website. I find most manufacturers have an operating manual for their major products on their sites.
The cable company website may also have it.

Choppermario -
You can try looking here: www.accesstimewarner.com
Click on 'Support' in the subject ribbon and scroll down to the 3510HD on left side of page.
There really is no menu per se on the box; all features and functions of the box are controlled through the General Settings feature on the remote.
Are you with Time Warner? If so, then you should be familiar with the the General Settings.
Hope this helps. If you need specifics, let me know.

Guys,
After I posted this request, I went back to the box and went into the general settings as Tenorguy stated and there was all the settings I needed. I found it funny that by default the HD box is set up for a 4:3 instead of the 16:9. Now my box does all the stretching and I can just leave the TV input alone. In addition to this, the audio is always output via the digital output, I hated switching the receiver back and forth because mine does not auto setect signal. So far I am LOVING this box!!
