ok, the symptoms are....No picture, black screen when turned on, hear a click then a short sizzle then nothing. From the back, the crt furthest to the left glows at the base somewhat, the other 2 barely glow enough to see they get some kinda power. at this point with cable attached, i can change channels and hear audio fine. Black screen. i have replaced the Convergence IC's, although i used rosin core solder and i will have to go back and redo them with lead solder. but the symptoms have been the same before and after the IC's. i payed 15 dollars online to get told it could be the deflection board. i cannot see any obvious burned components. thanks for any and all help.
