Sharp problem

Hello, I would like to say that I had a sharp VCR
that I bought when I was in 6th grade.. with
my own lunch money! I saved for about 1 year!
I had that thing running until I graduated High School.
So, it was great for about 8 years! used and abused by a kid.
pretty durable I thought.


Anyway, I bought the Sharp 55" 55RWP4H...
and loved it. However, I noticed a problem.
The picture is not perfectly HORIZONTAL. It
has a climb gradient from left to right of about
1.5 to 2 degrees. Anyone know why?
I emailed sharp and they think its a misaligned mirror.
I don't wanna pay for an expensive tech to visit my house.
Any advice?
