Hey guys new to post. Been reading alot about pic settings on TV I didn't realize what a difference this made. I see that people keep recommending a setup disk but can anyone give me a good ball park to start with. Movie scenes are dark. Shadows have a green appearance and bright colors have a bright irridescent look to them. and I have a subtle white like flashing on the whole screen. Please help direct if you can

See the following post if you haven't already. The best picture mode to start with is the one that's the furthest from the default "vivid" mode. This is usually called custom, preference, user or something similar.
