How good is LG 37LC2RR?

I'm about to buy LG 37LC2RR. Does anuone have any experience from that model?
Should I prefer the LG 37LC3R with the latest XD endine 3??

The models you reference may be international models, as they do not correspond to models I am familiar with here.
That said - the XD Engine is a real plus, especially when viewing 480P - which is what most DVD's are.
