Hi, newbie here.
I was curious to know if the Insignia NS-27LCD supports 720p. I can't really find any information about it anywhere.

I'm sure it does, most LCD's have a native res of 768P.
Although it usually does, just because an HDTV has a native resolution of 768P, or even 720P doesn't mean that it can accept a 720P signal. There are some that don't.
At a store you could connect an upconverting HDMI player set to output 720P to make sure. Or see if you can download the operating manual.
I also looked at some websites and came up empty.

I should have specified that more clearly, I said most because not all do, but after re-reading my post now I realise I should have been clearer.

Ahh shucks, I can't find the manual online (i can find remote codes O_o). Man as many people that have bought it, nobody mentions 720p. I guess i'm gonna have to ask the rep there for information and keep my options open.

Just bought this on Monday..
It supports 480i,480p,720p,1080i
I'm certain of all of this, I've ran it in all of those resolutions.
