Hi guys,

Are there any 65H81 owners out there? You do not have to have a problem to say Hi. On most forums, people think Toshibas are a problem because that is all they see posted. Let's post some good news about our 65H81's. Mine is working excellent. I even like the picture in SD mode on Theaterwide 1.

Jerry :)

I have owned two Toshiba wide-screen tv's - the first being a 56" model (not HD, of course) that I purchased in 1994 and upgraded to the 65H81 in November of 2001. Toshiba's picture has always been excellent and the HD 65H81 is truly beautiful to watch. High definition TV is remarkable and addictive. I have a DirecTV setup which means that I get HBO and HDNet from satellite and I'm lucky to live in an area where all four "major" broadcast stations have digital broadcasts - so I get ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox high definition (varying degrees of resolution) broadcasts. CBS is best in content, followed by ABC. Fox is funny - they call their broadcast "widescreen high resolution" - it's better than analog broadcast, but not HD. NBC is just Jay Leno - which is truly special and makes you wonder why they don't do more.

Anyway, that's my story. If anybody knows of a really good indoor HDTV antenna, please let me know.
