what would you do?

my 57hx81 is driving my wife and i crazy. since may we have spent $900 on repairs to the tv and now the tv is acting up again. it is having a hard time coming on. i turn it on and the red light is on but no picture. this morning it took about 20 minutes before a picture came on. we aren't sure what we are going to do about it since at this point we could have bought a smaller hdtv for the amount we have spent on repairing this tv. anybody have any thoughts on the situation?

Personally...I feel if a TV needs more than 2 total (though different) repairs...It is time for a new set... These things can be money pits...But that is just my opinion...Is the TV worth it to you to have repaired again??? Or would you rather just add a few more hundred to the repair price and have a new set and not have to wonder what will be next...to happen...
