What is a good price for this RPTV?
A good question (yes, I'm be rhetorical until other folks start posting). I bought mine in Vega$ after shopping store-by-store for 1 day (can't stand waiting 4 stuff once I decide I want it). I bounced back & forth between Ultimate Electronics, Circuit City, & Good Guys. Best Buy only had the picture tube variety RCA TV (F(38310) which I didn't want. All were advertising around $3499 as their sale price. Good Guys won by going for $2,900 plus free delivery. I was happy with that. I'm sure I could've gotten a lower price on the Web but wanted it delivered ASAP (& for free). Side benefit: they gave me 12 months same as $; I was planning on writing a check for the whole thing. That was sweet.
