Ok....I finally moved and got my plasma wall mounted. All I can say is this baby is awesome. I had some local installer to professionally mount, hook up my ceiling speakers and make all the necessary connections to my directv satellite. They started at around 3pm and finished 15 minutes before the start of the Miami vs Ohio game 8ish! The picture quality was so good I stayed and watched the game on the floor of my living room, as I didn't have my furniture yet. I had all my friends over the following day and they all sat around in amazement. I think the wives got upset with me as they all now want a plasma. The only comparison I could say to this feeling is like when you just bought an awesome suv or sport car and you can't wait to get off of work to go riding around. Same here...I can't wait to get home and start surfing around for some hdtv. I find myself watching hdnet quite often just to get that amazing clear TRUE hd picture. I've ordered a unit to house my components and should have in a few weeks. Once I get everything squared away I will post some pictures. Although I saved a ton of money by purchasing over the internet the total cost for the 50'' plasma/wall mount/hdtv receiver/3 lnb satellite for directv hd/lot's of high end cable componant hook ups and finally 5 hours of installation came to $7500. Although I agree somewhat expensive it is something that I'd do again in a heartbeat. Nothing like a plasma hdtv

Kevin...I forgot to mention that I had the Terk antenna installed as well. The local digitals come in awesome here in South Florida.
Well all except NBC!
The only problem that I did run into was the compatibility with my bose lifestyle surround sound. The installers said because of the limited amount of inputs the unit has I could not hook up my dvd player? What a bummer. They said the only way around this would be to get a different receiver (keep my bose speakers) that has many outputs available. After spending an arm and a leg for the install I did not want drop another $500 or so on a decent receiver...maybe down the road.
