can the toshiba 51hx83 be separated for easier transportation

I was wondering if the toshiba 51hx83 can be taken a part in order to make moving it a little easier. If so does anyone know how to do this?

Check out the following thread discussing a similar model (the 51H83). Spicer was correct about the split design of his TV, read all the posts regarding the split design.

Any TV can be taken apart, but some are "split cabinet" designs that are easy to do.

If your model is a split design, then the instructions should be in the operating manual.
