Can someone please help me. I seem to have vertical lines running across the TV and floats up and down . I checked all the cables. I get these on all inputs. Is there a problem with the TV or is this normal..

Sorry I must have missed the post earlier. No it is not normal. Sounds like some kind of interference but I'm surprised you would get it on DVD. You are running the DVD into one of the HD inputs with component cables??
Double check all your connections, one may be loose.
If you are running all your video through your A/V receiver, try running the DVD directly to the TV. Also temporarily remove the audio connections from the TV and see what happens. Temporarily remove all connections except the DVD.
Do you have a computer or other electronic device sitting near the TV or the cables to the TV?
