Anyone having problems with DVI input?

The component works gr8t with my settop box (Scientific Atlanta, Explorer 3250HD). However, the DVI from the settop to the TV does not display a picture. I just get "DVI, No Signal".
I know the Settop box is fine; my Sony has no problem displaying a picture from the DVI Input.

Currently, I’m waiting a call from the manufacture to research this issue.
So far the TV is worth $899

I keep my Maxent 26" on DVI mode - no problems with the signal from my PC. I had to upgrade my video card (to a Radeon 9600). If you use the DVI connection, you can use other features on the Maxent like picture-in-picture. I can use my PC and watch HDTV (w/ sound and video from my cable set-top box) b/c of the DVI connection. I agree, the set is worth the $899. It would be a good deal even at $1,200.

I have noticed that the price is now $799 at Costco.
