While setting drivers and cuts via the Hitachi Service menu it has been stated to adjust in COOL mode only and to adjust only the HIGH parameter values and the MED and STD parameters will be offset using the HIGH values as starting points.
My Question:
When you adjust the HIGH values only the parameters for MED and STD stay the same in the service menu but the picture in these modes do appear to be changed in relation to the HIGH mode setting????
It does allow you change the value of the MED and STD mode settings, how can these values be both offsets and absolute values???????
I know I am adjusting the gray scale, and am just trying to get it a little better while I am waiting on my ISF calibration....
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated...
