I see a slight bluish ghost when watching DVDs. I have Sony 715P progressive scan player. Picture is good and everything is ok except for that bluish ghost image some times. Is it normal ? I tried 4 to 5 DVDs and all of them have it.
Any help is appreciated.
Try using the 480i setting on the DVD player. The Hitachi has excellent upconversion and the picture sometimes looks better with 480i than 480P.

Same thing with 480i too.
If the "ghost" does not appear on other sources (HD, NTSC) then it may be the DVD player.
