I was wondering if anyone has a HD61W140 rca senium set as i have been thinking about getting one for christmas ..I am running out of time and have been unable to read any reviews on the product ..Here are the specs

What do you think is it good enough for watching dvds and i also have digital cable ...

MJ, welcome to the forum.

The RCA Sceniums had some reliability problems last year, so it would be a bit of a risk to buy this year.

For that money, you may wish to consider the new Sony Grand Wega (50, 60"). Can't remember if it has a digital tuner, but in Canada there's not much OTA anyway. Make sure you look at this year's Sony GW as it has better black level and DVI. It's also cheaper.
