Hi everyone - I just discovered this site, so talk about last minute requests...

I am having a T51H84 delivered this afternoon. Any tips on what to ask the installers before they leave?

Nomally the guys that deliver TV's are "pilots" (they take it from here and pile it there).

Although, they may be more capable of answering technical questions more accurately than salespersons! (That is a joke...)

All you need to do set up the set, make sure it works and has a satisfactory picture and has no physical damage before they leave.

As suggested, read through some of the FAQ's for what you should do initially.
