34PW98 Phillips HDTV

:stop: this is just about the WORST tv set I've ever had.I bought it about 4 years ago-it is HDTV ready.I could'nt wait to get satelite service that carried HDTV.
Over a year ago I got satelite service with Dish Network.There are connections on my tv that no longer work.And the ones that DO work give me either an out of focus picture or a good HD picture-but it is'nt consistent.
I've owned non HDTV brands in the past-SONY,Mitsubishi,RCA's Proscan.
bUT this Phillips I own truly SUCKS ! And it cost me over $3,400 to buy.It has all the bells and whistles.But has a Lousy picture-actually a so so picture.
What really gives me the creeps is that Phillips and Magnavox are one big company.Magnavox sucks too. Well,when I can afford a new brand HDTV I will buy a New HDTV.But NEVER again a Phillips/Magnavox.What a Mistake !

A 4 year old HD ready set, you just get HD service? And... start off here whining?

What not ask a question such as:
"I have a problem with inputs that no longer work, suggestions?"
"Why are some channels out of focus, but HD looks great?"
"If this is the WORST TV I ever had... why did I keep it for 4 years?"

If i did'nt like a set , i would'nt wait 4 years to replace it, if the store had a good return policy where i bought it then that would not be so bad.
